This privacy policy (the "Policy") sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of users of the Gencior.ai website (the "Site") operated by 3S (hereinafter "We"), trading under the name Gencior.

The Policy and the Site's Terms of Service form a single contractual whole. All capitalized terms not defined in this Policy are defined in the Terms of Service, available here.

In providing our Site, we process your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR") and under the conditions set out below.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. We collect and process personal data solely in connection with the provision of our Services or communication about these Services, in strict compliance with the GDPR.

We only collect personal data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. You will therefore never be asked to provide personal data considered "sensitive," such as your racial or ethnic origin, or your political, philosophical, or religious opinions.

By browsing the Site, you authorize us to process your personal data in accordance with the Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please refrain from using the Site.

1. When do we collect your personal data, and what data is collected?

We may collect and retain your personal data, in particular when you:

3. When do we share your personal data?

3.1 Sharing your personal data with third-party companies

When you browse the Site, your personal data may be transmitted to external service providers. These third parties provide a service on our behalf and in our name to enable the proper functioning of our Site.

4. How long do we keep your personal data?

We will only retain your personal data for a maximum period of 3 years from your last contact with us (e.g., a form request, an email exchange).

Accordingly, if you unsubscribe from the Site, your personal data will be deleted and retained only in archived form for the purposes of establishing proof of a right or a contract.

In any event, we will retain your personal data for a period not exceeding what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, in accordance with the uses described in this Policy and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Cookies: how do we use them?

5.1 What is a cookie?

A cookie is a text file that may be stored on a device when using an online service with browsing software. A cookie file allows its issuer, during its period of validity, to recognize the relevant device each time that device accesses digital content containing cookies from the same issuer.

In any event, cookies placed on your browsing device with your consent are deleted 13 months after they are placed on your device.

5.2 What are the cookies issued on our Site used for?

5.3 Audience measurement

Our Site uses Google Analytics, an audience measurement service provided by Google LLC. This service places cookies to measure traffic and usage of the Site.

  • Purposes: Anonymous statistics (number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.).
  • Data collected: IP address (anonymized via the 'anonymizeIp' option enabled), cookie identifiers, browsing data.
  • Data transfer: Data is transmitted to Google and may be stored on servers located in the United States. Google commits to complying with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (decision 2021/914) to govern these transfers. You can obtain a copy of these clauses here.
  • Duration: 13 months maximum.
  • Your choice: You can refuse these cookies via our consent banner or via Google's opt-out tool.

5.4 How can you control the cookies used?

In accordance with applicable regulations, you can refuse the use of cookies that are not strictly necessary.

You can also configure your browsing software at any time so that cookies are saved on your device or, on the contrary, rejected (either systematically or depending on their issuer). 6. What are your rights?

You are the only one who has provided us with the data in our possession, via the Site. You have rights over your personal data. In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, in particular articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, and after proving your identity, you have the right to request access to your personal data, and its rectification or erasure, within 1 month (extendable by 2 months in case of complexity).

Furthermore, within the limits set by law, you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to decide what happens to your data after your death, to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to the portability of the personal data you have provided. 7. Can we modify the Policy?

Your continued use of the Site after any modification means that you accept those modifications. If you do not accept certain substantial modifications made to this Policy, you must stop using the Site.
